Description
This Music Production certification provides you with the best training itinerary to learn and master music creation tools using computer-centered technologies.
The contents and activities will provide you with all the essential and necessary knowledge to take on the different tasks involved in music production, including the use of computer applications (Ableton Live), the use of the recording studio to capture vocals and other instruments, the techniques of sound creation and musical composition based on audio loops, the employment of MIDI sequences and virtual instruments, the use of a wide range of effects units (filters, EQ, compressors, reverb and echo units, distortion) together with mixing techniques, as well as the sound and musical analysis of a large number of contemporary musical productions.
This course is structured in three parts, each with a duration of one term. Classes are held two days a week. The training is complemented with access to our facilities (studios and classrooms) to carry out the work related to the proposed projects, in addition to the exercises carried out in our virtual campus, which is available for the students of this course.

The methodology used in the course is based on a blended learning format, incorporating activities that evolve in our classrooms and recording studios, supported by our virtual campus. Said activities include collaborative practices, magisterial classes, discussion forums, and group projects among others. The course content is available online, and accessible 24 hours, on any electronic device (i.e. computer, tablet, or mobile).
The debate forums will stimulate critical thinking/analysis along with the exchange of ideas. The practices and projects objective is, learning by doing, and working in teams with other students. This is all closely overseen and led by our highly specialized educators, all of whom have extensive experience in the field.
