I am currently the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience for Microfusa Schools. I plan, coordinate and execute advertising campaigns, events and promotions for the centers. In addition, I have cultivated social media presence and online interaction.
Previously I was in Berlin, Germany, working as Product and Operations Manager for an online tailor-made travel platform. I implemented new processes in the company, increasing monthly bookings, while representing the brand at key travel fairs and adding new international agencies. Focusing on tailor-made travel, I increased requests through specialized portfolios and maintained high levels of customer satisfaction.
